This position allows for a flexible remote working environment, adapting to the needs of our patients while ensuring your professional comfort. The work schedule is set from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts as needed to accommodate patient schedules.

Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in New York State.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience is highly preferred.

• Proficient in understanding child and adolescent mental health disorders and applying evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Experience in providing both individual and family therapy specifically targeting young individuals.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating a compassionate and child-centric approach.

• Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems and familiar with utilizing technology for therapy delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
