Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health status through interviews and standardized evaluation tools to determine individual needs.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that draw from evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and other relevant methodologies.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions with clients, offering support and strategies tailored to their unique circumstances and goals.

• Guide patients in developing coping strategies to tackle various issues, such as anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders, fostering resilience and personal growth.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of patient progress, utilizing our EHR system to ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and improve care delivery.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, making necessary referrals to psychiatrists or other specialists when appropriate.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals grappling with mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, and eating disorders, as well as those dealing with substance abuse issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of four years of professional counseling experience, demonstrating a deep understanding of various mental health disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n
