Key Responsibilities\n

• Offer teletherapy as an option to clients who prefer virtual sessions due to convenience or accessibility challenges.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, seminars, and peer consultations to enhance your therapeutic skills and stay updated with the latest practices in the mental health field.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) .

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Proven ability to establish rapport and trust with clients through strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrated empathy, a non-judgmental attitude, and compassion towards clients’ diverse challenges.

• Effective organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload while balancing administrative responsibilities.

Preferred Experience\n
