Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations, including psychosocial assessments, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments, to gather essential data about clients’ mental health statuses.

• Collaborate closely with clients to create individualized treatment plans that encompass their specific therapeutic goals and cultural contexts.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), in various formats including individual, couples, family, and group sessions.

• Provide timely crisis intervention services and work alongside other healthcare professionals to ensure clients receive continuous and thorough care during critical situations.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with clinic policies and legal standards, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.

• Engage in thorough psychoeducation for clients and their families, equipping them with practical skills and information to effectively manage mental health conditions.

• Regularly assess treatment outcomes to determine the effectiveness of interventions and make informed adjustments to treatment plans as needed.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and emerging trends in mental health to enhance clinical practice and client support.

• Adhere strictly to ethical guidelines, ensuring the confidentiality and dignity of clients are maintained at all times.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts.

• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team dynamic.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that facilitate rapport-building with a wide array of clients.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is required, we highly value candidates who bring additional experience in trauma-informed care, group therapy facilitation, or specific therapeutic modalities. Compensation and Benefits\n
