Key Responsibilities\n

• The counselor will conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that include psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments, ensuring that every client's situation is thoroughly understood.

• Work collaboratively with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that respect their unique cultural backgrounds, personal preferences, and specific goals, using evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Qualifications\n
