Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations through initial consultations, establishing rapport and understanding client history.

• Develop tailored treatment and recovery plans that are evidence-based and consider the client's individual circumstances, preferences, and goals.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities suited to the needs of the clients.

• Monitor and assess client progress throughout treatment, making adjustments to intervention plans as necessary for optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate closely with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate care and ensure a multidisciplinary approach.

• Provide guidance and support to family members and primary caregivers, helping them navigate challenges related to their loved one's mental health.

• Document all client interactions meticulously, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Successful completion of the National Counselor Examination (NCE) and/or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
