Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create tailored treatment plans for clients in various states of mental health, ensuring the inclusion of pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies.

• Timely and accurately document client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with regulatory standards to maintain compliance and quality care.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as per clinical guidelines to ensure high-quality assessments and treatment methodologies.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to devise and implement positive behavior support strategies that empower clients and enhance their community involvement.

• Engage in ongoing licensing and accreditation activities, ensuring that services meet the highest quality and regulatory standards.

• Create and sustain effective communication channels with service systems, state agencies, and community partners to facilitate comprehensive care and resource sharing.

• Establish partnerships with local and state agencies that promote the agency’s mission and contribute to securing new funding opportunities.

• Participate actively in professional development by attending workshops, conferences, and relevant meetings to enhance personal expertise and contribute to the organization.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support organizational objectives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required, ensuring a strong foundation in mental health principles and practices.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges between USD 90,000 and 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education.
