Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' history with substance use and their mental health status, using structured tools and interviewing techniques.

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to address both addiction issues and co-occurring mental health conditions, including DSM-5 diagnoses and evidence-based interventions.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals and groups, employing approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to help clients navigate their recovery journeys.

• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary treatment team including psychiatrists, social workers, and peer support specialists to ensure a comprehensive approach to care.

• Educate clients' families about addiction and mental health issues, promoting their involvement in the recovery process and enhancing the support systems available to clients.

• Maintain meticulous documentation and record-keeping in compliance with state regulations and organizational standards, ensuring confidentiality and clarity in client records.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a licensed Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
