Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, building rapport and maintaining professional boundaries while providing individual therapy.

• Conduct consistent appointments to review client progress, stability, and discharge planning when applicable.

• Develop and implement personalized, client-centered treatment plans aimed at achieving measurable therapeutic goals.

• Document all client interactions, assessments, and treatment progress meticulously to ensure compliance and continuity of care.

• Perform intake assessments to evaluate new clients and construct an understanding of their unique needs.

• Engage in weekly individual therapy sessions and participate in ongoing supervision for professional growth.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers, to streamline comprehensive client care.

• Maintain an openness to feedback and incorporate a growth mindset into all counseling practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role is particularly focused on youth, allowing you to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and adolescents. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
