This full-time position is partially remote, allowing flexibility while serving clients in our outpatient office based in Everett, Washington. Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a personalized caseload of clients, fostering rapport and maintaining professional ethics and appropriate boundaries.

• Conduct regular client meetings to evaluate progress, discuss stability, and plan for future appointments and potential discharges.
\n
• Design, implement, and oversee person-centered treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates for each client.
\n
• Carry out comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate client needs and develop appropriate treatment strategies.
\n
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions weekly, employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to individual client needs.
\n
• Engage in regular individual supervision sessions to discuss clinical cases and receive feedback on therapeutic practices.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to coordinate care and ensure a holistic approach to client wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will particularly focus on youth clients facing mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Your therapeutic interventions will directly influence their mental health outcomes, providing the support and guidance needed for their development and growth. Establishing trusting relationships with both clients and their families is paramount to promoting a successful therapeutic experience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington State.
\n
• Ability to fulfill internal credentialing requirements relevant to clinical settings.

• A minimum of one year of clinical experience working with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.
\n
• Demonstrated expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and conducting individual and group therapy sessions.
\n
• Basic proficiency in computer use and documentation processes, including familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in outpatient or community mental health settings.

• Familiarity with telehealth technologies and methodologies.

• Previous training or certification in evidence-based therapeutic models such as CBT, DBT, or similar.

Compensation and Benefits\n
