Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your role will involve a variety of impactful tasks, including:

• Conducting thorough initial evaluations to assess patient needs and developing personalized treatment plans that effectively address identified mental and emotional disorders.

• Engaging empathetically with patients, providing a safe space for open dialogue where you actively listen to their challenges and concerns.

• Utilizing best practices in trauma-informed care to diagnose mental health conditions and advise on coping strategies and resources tailored to individual patients.

• Monitoring and adapting treatment plans based on ongoing assessments of patient progress, ensuring that each individual receives the necessary adjustments in their therapeutic approach.

Your primary focus will be working with trauma injury patients who are navigating the impactful effects of psychological distress and emotional turbulence. By addressing their unique needs with sensitivity and expertise, you will play a crucial role in their recovery and quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.

• A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential in the state of Washington.

• At least 3 years of experience providing counsel to trauma patients or similar populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
