Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, you must hold the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Active and unrestricted licensure in your state as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature, crucial for building positive client relationships.

• Proficiency in computer applications and comfortable utilizing technology in a clinical setting.

Preferred Experience\n

Ideally, candidates should have at least two years of experience providing counseling services. Experience working in a remote capacity and familiarity with telehealth platforms will be advantageous in this role. Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additional benefits include:
