Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to gain a thorough understanding of clients’ concerns and backgrounds, enabling the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Assist clients in setting and achieving therapeutic goals while monitoring their progress throughout the course of treatment.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, utilizing electronic health records systems effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will center around a diverse client base, including individuals facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and providing a non-judgmental atmosphere for clients.

• Empathy and compassion, enabling you to understand and support clients through their unique challenges and experiences.
\n
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to balance caseload efficiently while managing clinical and administrative responsibilities.
