Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly supervision and mentorship to practicum students in their Master’s programs or those seeking clinical licensure, ensuring they gain hands-on experience and professional guidance.

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy services tailored to the unique needs of individuals, couples, and families, utilizing various therapeutic approaches and frameworks.

• Collaborate proactively with healthcare professionals and community resources to create a comprehensive support system for clients.

• Incorporate evidence-based practices into treatment plans, continually refining these plans based on client progress and feedback.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive compensation package, with a salary range of USD 52,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on your level of experience and commitment to the role.
