Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop tailored treatment plans addressing individual needs.

• Deliver high-quality individual therapy sessions, as well as family, marriage, or group counseling when appropriate, leveraging your specialized expertise.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment efficacy in accordance with clinic policies and licensure regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with individuals experiencing severe mental health disorders and those in acute crises, requiring intensive support to restore safety and hope. Your expertise will be vital in fostering relationships with clients, particularly adolescents and their families, addressing both immediate challenges and long-term wellness goals. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in a relevant field, specifically holding a license in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Mental Health Counseling (LMHC), or Social Work (LICSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this vital role ranges from $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
