Our practice is open seven days a week, accommodating a range of client schedules with operational hours from 7 AM to 10 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy tailored to client needs, leveraging therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches.

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and evaluations to establish tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions, delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care and effective treatment strategies for clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related discipline.

• A valid and unrestricted Licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington State.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical context.

• Strong foundation in legal and ethical practice guidelines relevant to mental health care.
