Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients’ mental health concerns, subsequently crafting effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based techniques, adapting your approach based on clients’ preferences and therapeutic needs.

• Collaborate with clients to establish realistic therapeutic goals, regularly monitoring progress and modifying treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimum outcomes.

• Deliver teletherapy services to clients who prefer virtual sessions or face barriers to in-person attendance, ensuring equitable access to mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• Active and valid licensure in the state of Washington as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.
