This position is fully remote, allowing you to deliver vital mental health services from the comfort of your home. We prioritize a culture of teamwork and support, facilitating regular virtual check-ins and meetings to promote collaboration among team members. Business hours are established to provide a healthy work-life balance: Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to evaluate the severity, frequency, and impact of mood disorder symptoms, utilizing standardized clinical tools.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, integrating their unique needs, goals, and preferences into therapeutic approaches.

• Implement evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to effectively address mood disorders.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders and empower them with self-care strategies to enhance their overall well-being.

• Monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on detailed evaluations and feedback.
\n
• Collaborate extensively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care that addresses both psychological and medical needs.

• Stay informed of the latest research and developments in mood disorder treatment to enhance clinical practices and patient outcomes.

• Document all client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans accurately and confidentially, adhering to legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in case consultations and team-building activities to foster continuous improvement.

• Advocate for clients’ mental health needs, promoting the destigmatization of mood disorders within the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will be working primarily with individuals grappling with various mood disorders. Our clientele includes adults of diverse backgrounds experiencing depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder among other challenges. Your role is crucial in providing them with the tools and support needed to navigate their mental health journey successfully.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington is mandatory.
\n
• Proven expertise in evidence-based modalities such as CBT and DBT, specifically for mood disorder treatment.

• Strong knowledge of psychopharmacology to effectively coordinate care with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers.

• Demonstrated success in achieving positive treatment outcomes with clients suffering from mood disorders.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients from varied cultural backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in an outpatient setting is preferred, particularly in managing diverse patient populations with mood disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
