This position is predominantly remote, allowing the flexibility to deliver care from the comfort of your own home while reaching patients across various locations. Regular work hours are scheduled from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, providing a well-structured work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting initial evaluations of new patients to assess their mental health needs and identify appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Listening empathetically to patients, understanding their challenges, and forming a trusting therapeutic relationship.

• Diagnosing emotional and mental health disorders using established criteria and developing personalized treatment plans that cater to the unique experiences of each patient.

• Implementing coping strategies and therapeutic interventions to help patients navigate their specific difficulties, with a focus on trauma recovery.

• Monitoring the progress of each patient to adjust treatment approaches as required, ensuring they are on a positive trajectory towards their mental health goals.

• Educating patients and staff on effective coping mechanisms related to stress and trauma, and facilitating group sessions when applicable.

• Collaborating with external healthcare providers, social agencies, and support services to coordinate the comprehensive care of patients and provide them with necessary resources.

• Engaging in continuing education to maintain your National Certified Counselor certification and keep abreast of the latest therapeutic practices and developments in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on individuals diagnosed with trauma-related conditions, including but not limited to PTSD, anxiety disorders, and depression stemming from traumatic events. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
