Work Environment\n

You will be working in a fully remote setting, with a standard workweek of Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This telehealth format provides you with the flexibility to engage with patients from the comfort of your own workspace, while also ensuring that our trauma-informed approaches are effectively communicated through virtual platforms. Team collaboration occurs through regular video meetings and shared planning tools, enhancing both service delivery and support among colleagues.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial evaluations of patients' psychological needs to establish a foundational understanding for treatment.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each patient.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to assist patients in managing trauma-related mental health concerns, providing coping strategies, and promoting emotional well-being.

• Engage in active listening during patient sessions to accurately diagnose mental or emotional disorders.

• Monitor patient progress systematically, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
