Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly supervision to practicum students pursuing clinical licensure or currently enrolled in a Master’s program, guiding their professional development and practice.

• Deliver comprehensive psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community resources to create a robust support system for clients.

• Contribute to the assessment, development, and implementation of personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain precise and current records and documentation, adhering to legal and ethical standards while ensuring client confidentiality.

• Stay updated on the latest research, best practices, and advancements within the realm of mental health and therapy, applying this knowledge to improve client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• A valid state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• At least two years of relevant clinical experience, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic techniques and methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, which reflects our commitment to valuing your expertise and contributions.
