Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments through virtual consultations to understand the individual needs of your clients.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic interventions aimed at addressing various mental health conditions.

• Deliver a range of therapy modalities, including individual, group, and family therapy, while adapting your approach to suit different client needs effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active and independent license as either a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Completion of a master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology, or a doctoral degree in Psychology.

• Demonstrated cultural competence to work effectively with individuals from varied backgrounds, ensuring sensitively tailored therapy experiences.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with an ability to maintain accurate and timely documentation while managing a caseload.

Compensation and Benefits\n
