Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions tailored to the individual needs of clients, employing collaborative, evidence-based strategies.

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring timely completion and accuracy for all client-related records.

• Utilize clinically recognized screening tools and methodologies to evaluate client progress and inform treatment strategies, facilitating improved patient outcomes.

• Work with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement positive behavior support plans that align with each client's unique circumstances.

• Engage actively in all licensing and accreditation processes, supporting both individual and organizational compliance efforts.

• Represent the organization as a liaison to community partners, state agencies, and relevant service systems, enhancing collaborative efforts and resource sharing.

• Foster open communication with clients, families, and stakeholders to promote an understanding of treatment goals and progress, reinforcing the organization’s mission in the community.

• Seek opportunities for personal and professional growth through participation in workshops, conferences, and community-building activities related to mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Refusionate Psychotherapy, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals facing emotional distress, those in recovery from substance abuse, and clients with developmental disabilities. Your interventions will support the challenges faced by each unique demographic, creating strategies that foster resilience, wellness, and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in a relevant mental health field is required.

• Possession of a valid Independent LMHC License.
