Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, allowing you to provide mental health counseling from the comfort of your own home. Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with stable, low-acuity adults who are seeking assistance in managing their mental health. Your counseling sessions will cater to a diverse range of issues, including anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship challenges. By providing comprehensive support through teletherapy, you will help clients develop the tools necessary for navigating their day-to-day lives more effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current and valid state licensure as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD, allowing for independent practice without supervision.

• No history of disciplinary actions on your license, ensuring the highest standards of practice are upheld.

• Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to build trust and rapport with clients.

• Proficiency in technology, with a stable Wi-Fi connection necessary for telehealth sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

While a Master's degree is required, additional experience working with adult clients in a telehealth or counseling setting is highly desirable. Experience with various therapeutic approaches and familiarity with teletherapy platforms will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
