Key Responsibilities\n

As a licensed mental health therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations of clients to understand their mental health status and individual needs.

• Designing and implementing personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, focusing on their specific goals.

• Providing individual therapy to adult clients using evidence-based therapeutic methods, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused approaches.

• Facilitating virtual therapy sessions through a secure teletherapy platform, ensuring a safe space for clients to express their concerns.

• Offering crisis intervention services as needed to support clients in immediate distress.

• Engaging in ongoing professional development to meet the evolving standards of the mental health field, including attending workshops and participating in team training sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on adult clients grappling with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Possession of an independent and active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
\n
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interactions with clients and team members.
\n
• A compassionate demeanor, demonstrating empathy and a non-judgmental attitude towards all clients.
\n
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle caseload efficiently.

• No history of disciplinary actions on your professional board.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of relevant professional experience is required, candidates with additional experience in specialized areas such as trauma-informed care, mindfulness practices, or substance abuse counseling will be highly regarded. Experience in teletherapy practices is also beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 per year, dependent upon your caseload and experience level. In addition to this, our benefits package includes:
