Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients’ mental health concerns, creating tailored treatment plans based on their individual needs.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Collaborate closely with clients to establish achievable therapeutic goals, continuously monitoring their progress throughout the treatment process and adjusting plans as necessary.

• Offer both in-person and teletherapy options, ensuring clients can access necessary support whether they prefer virtual sessions or face accessibility challenges.

• Maintain meticulous documentation in adherence to ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring all client information is accurately recorded and secured.

• Participate in continuous education and training to enhance clinical skills and remain knowledgeable about emerging practices in mental health care.

Your work will primarily involve adults facing various mental health challenges, including stress, relationship issues, trauma, depression, and anxiety. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a safe, non-judgmental space for clients.

• A strong foundation of empathy, compassion, and professionalism that enhances the therapist-client relationship.

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to effectively manage caseloads and adhere to administrative responsibilities.
