Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments to evaluate clients' emotional and psychological needs, utilizing standardized tools and evidence-based practices.

• Develop personalized treatment plans considering each client's unique challenges, goals, and preferences, incorporating collaboration with clients and their families as appropriate.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to facilitate meaningful client outcomes.

• Monitor client progress continuously and adjust treatment plans as necessary, using data-driven approaches to track improvements and setbacks.

• Provide crisis intervention when needed, drawing upon your skills and training to ensure client safety and promote stabilization.

Qualifications\n
