Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions with a focus on client-specific treatment plans that promote personal growth and mental wellness.

• Utilize the digital alliance scale (session rating scale) in every session to measure client progress and therapeutic effectiveness.

• Manage a caseload of approximately 20-25 patients per week, allowing for client cancellations and time off, while being available for up to 33 patient hours weekly.

• Participate in weekly in-person consultations with fellow clinicians to discuss cases, personal experiences, and receive constructive feedback.
\n
• Adhere to RCC's policies regarding scheduling, charting, fee collection, and patient onboarding, ensuring compliance with established protocols.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in a relevant mental health field.

• Current State of Washington Licensure as an LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC.

Compensation and Benefits\n
