Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, enabling you to provide care from the comfort of your own home. The work setting is designed to support optimal performance, with streamlined access to essential tools and resources. You will utilize our user-friendly electronic medical record (EMR) system integrated with treatment software, assessment tools, and crisis protocols, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality care instead of getting bogged down with administrative tasks. Enjoy flexible scheduling from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, without any on-call duties.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly video therapy sessions with adult clients, focusing on delivering evidence-based care tailored to individual needs.

• Utilize integrated assessment and monitoring tools to track client progress, adjusting treatment plans based on symptom assessments and functional improvement metrics.

• Collaborate closely with other clinical professionals and support teams to ensure holistic treatment for each client.

• Engage in regular consultations with fellow counselors and leadership to facilitate ongoing professional development and case management support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve adult clients facing a variety of mental health challenges, including those at higher risk of suicide. Our patient population encompasses individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences, which enriches the care environment. You will be expected to provide culturally responsive support while employing evidence-based practices to address issues ranging from anxiety and depression to stress management and coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT) from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health setting, particularly with adult populations.

• Current independent licensure as a Therapist, Counselor, or Psychologist for at least one year.

• Demonstrated competency in providing cognitive behavioral therapy and related evidence-based interventions to clients facing various mental health challenges.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this position includes a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 per year, supplemented by performance-based bonuses.
