Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health status through initial and ongoing evaluations.

• Devise and implement individualized treatment plans, using established therapeutic techniques that are both evidence-based and culturally relevant.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, utilizing various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed approaches.

• Provide ongoing support and resources for clients, helping them to develop coping strategies and achieve their personal therapeutic goals.

• Collaborate with healthcare providers, including psychiatrists, when necessary, to optimize overall patient care.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR) in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Participate in case consultations and supervision to enhance professional growth and ensure high-quality clinical outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients who may present with varying mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. Your ability to connect with individuals from various backgrounds and your profound understanding of cultural sensitivities will enable you to foster strong therapeutic alliances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current, valid state license as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R.
\n
• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.
\n
• In-depth knowledge of various mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment methodologies, and cultural competence in therapeutic practice.

• Experience providing both individual and group therapy in an inclusive manner.

• Exceptional crisis intervention skills and the ability to remain composed during challenging client interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
