Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will engage with clients through video chat sessions to provide individualized care. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Our clients are pre-screened and characterized by low acuity, which allows you to focus on providing effective therapy without the added stress of high-risk cases. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following educational and licensing criteria:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• An independent license from the state board in Washington, specifically one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Note that limited or provisional licenses cannot be considered.
