Your role will primarily take place in a remote setting, providing flexibility and comfort as you engage with clients through our advanced telehealth platform. Our practice operates Monday through Saturday, allowing you the opportunity to create a flexible schedule that can accommodate your work-life balance. Alongside our supportive administrative staff, you will benefit from in-house credentialing and management of insurance participation, making your primary focus the well-being of your clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups to ascertain their mental health needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.

• Perform initial assessments, triaging care to ensure timely interventions that address the client's needs effectively.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams through documentation and regular meetings to discuss patient progress and adapt care plans as necessary.

• Provide case management for assigned patients, ensuring consultation with hospital and community resources to deliver comprehensive support.
\n
• Maintain ethical and timely documentation, ensuring compliance with clinical guidelines and regulations.
\n
• Employ a range of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s individualized service plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on an outpatient population consisting of adults and adolescents facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics. You will work closely with each client to develop tailored treatment plans that foster resilience and personal growth, enabling them to lead fulfilling lives.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW from the State of Florida.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Willingness and ability to work between 5 to 40 hours (sessions) per week, depending on availability and client needs.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.
