Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to understand the needs of clients.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, considering their specific goals and cultural factors that inform their experiences.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), across various formats including individual, couple, family, and group sessions.

• Provide crisis intervention services as needed, coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients experiencing acute distress.

• Keep meticulous clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with clinic policies and state regulations.

• Empower clients and their families through psychoeducation, equipping them with essential skills to manage their mental health effectively.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team comprised of psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to deliver holistic and continuous care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
