Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions, ensuring that therapy meets each patient’s unique needs and goals.

• Conduct thorough bio-psychosocial assessments to inform treatment planning and engage patients actively in their recovery process.

• Collaborate with patients to establish and regularly review their initial treatment plans, making adjustments as necessary to facilitate progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will specifically involve working with a diverse patient demographic, addressing the needs of adults, children, and families dealing with mental health and substance use issues. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD in New York State.

• At least 2 years of post-licensure experience working in a clinical setting.

• Demonstrated experience providing marital and family therapy services to individuals from various backgrounds.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering trust and rapport with patients.

• Ability to work autonomously while being an active and supportive member of the clinical team.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
