Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand patient histories, presenting problems, and treatment goals.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s unique needs and circumstances.
\n
• Utilize the Digital Alliance scale (session rating scale) to collect feedback and ensure a high standard of care in all sessions.
\n
• Maintain a minimum caseload of 33 patient hours per week, strategically managing cancellations and scheduling to optimize therapy outcomes.
\n
• Participate in weekly in-person consultations with colleagues, facilitating discussions on challenges, personal experiences, and growth opportunities.
\n
• Adhere to organizational policies concerning scheduling, documentation, fee collection, and patient onboarding processes.
\n
• Provide mentorship and supervision to associates as opportunities arise.
\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patient population is diverse, with individuals seeking therapy for a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. You will engage with motivated clients who are eager to participate in their healing journey, benefiting from our clinic's effective screening and referral processes designed to ensure a strong therapeutic alliance.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling).

• Current licensure in the state of Washington as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

• A minimum of 2-3 years of direct clinical experience in mental health counseling.
\n
• A commitment to providing compassionate care and fostering a supportive therapeutic environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Benefit offerings include:
