Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for clients, including individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, assessing their emotional and psychological needs.

• Document and communicate effectively with team members regarding assessments, treatment interventions, and the interdisciplinary care plan, collaborating during patient rounds and meetings.

• Manage a caseload of patients, providing case management services that involve consultation and collaboration with community resources and healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care.

• Ensure timely and ethical completion of documentation that meets the department's standards, maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of client information.

• Implement evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to develop and assist clients in achieving their individualized service plans.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n
