Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions, scheduling regular interactions to ensure continuity of care for patients.

• Conduct comprehensive bio-psychosocial assessments to identify patients' needs and establish treatment frameworks.

• Work closely with patients to facilitate the development, review, and adjustment of their personalized treatment plans based on ongoing assessments.

• Design and implement aftercare and discharge plans, ensuring patients have the tools and strategies needed for continued recovery beyond therapy.

• Maintain precise records of counseling sessions and treatment outcomes in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational guidelines.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• A valid license as an LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD in the state of New York is mandatory.

• Minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 115,000 – 130,000 annually , commensurate with experience, education, specialty areas, and training.
