Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will play a pivotal role in the lives of your clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting one-on-one counseling sessions via secure video chat platforms to help clients enhance their mental health and emotional well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will consist of stable adults experiencing low-acuity mental health challenges. Each client is carefully screened prior to scheduling an appointment to ensure that their needs align with your expertise. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Washington.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong empathetic nature; a commitment to providing supportive and nonjudgmental care.

• Proficient in computer usage and comfortable with various telehealth platforms and online counseling tools.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from $90,000 to $104,000, dependent on hours worked and client load. Additional benefits include:
