Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to accurately determine individualized treatment plans that address unique mental health needs.

• Deliver evidence-based individual counseling sessions, as well as family, marriage, and group therapy, drawing upon extensive knowledge in mental health practices.

• Perform comprehensive mental health screenings and assessments, acting as a crucial point of contact for evaluation and referral to pertinent intervention services.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of your clinical activities while adhering to Federal, State, and company standards, ensuring patient confidentiality and regulatory compliance.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through supervision and peer collaboration within our supportive framework.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing mental and behavioral health challenges, substance abuse issues, and co-occurring disorders. Our emphasis on family and community engagement allows you to build meaningful relationships with clients of all ages—empowering them on their path to recovery while promoting resilience within their families and communities.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required for this position, along with valid licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Licensure must be current and active, demonstrating your competency and dedication to the field of mental health.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting working with individuals and groups facing mental health challenges, including expertise in co-occurring disorders and substance abuse treatment.

• Experience counseling children, families, and couples is highly desirable, as is familiarity with current trends and techniques in individual and family therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
