Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that are culturally sensitive, allowing for a deep understanding of each patient's unique circumstances and needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington is mandatory for this role.

• Demonstrated understanding of mental health disorders and effective evidence-based treatment approaches, with a strong emphasis on cultural competence in therapy.

• Proven ability to deliver individual and group therapy utilizing inclusive and culturally responsive methodologies.

• Strong crisis intervention capabilities with the ability to maintain composure and effectiveness in high-pressure situations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that foster rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and general computer applications for documentation and case management.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of direct experience in mental health counseling is required, candidates with a background in community mental health settings, particularly those serving culturally diverse populations, are encouraged to apply. Compensation and Benefits\n
