Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at J & D Mood Balance Health Care Inc., your responsibilities include:

• Conducting individual teletherapy sessions with clients via secure video chat, ensuring that all interactions are conducted ethically and compassionately.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on providing care for stable, low-acuity adults with various mental health needs. This includes individuals managing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. By concentrating on this population, you will work towards helping clients enhance their quality of life, achieve mental wellness, and develop the tools to prevent future challenges.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Possession of one of the following fully recognized licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Please note: Limited or provisional licenses are not accepted, and candidates must have no history of disciplinary actions.

• Strong computer literacy skills to navigate our telehealth platform and maintain accurate client records.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a sympathetic demeanor, crucial for building rapport with clients and fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year , based on experience and working hours. Additional benefits include:
