Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health, focusing on mood disorders such as depression and anxiety.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, incorporating their individual goals and preferences.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate client progress.

• Educate clients and their families about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.

• Continuously monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to provide integrated care and address any co-occurring conditions.

• Keep abreast of developments in the mental health field, integrating new practices and research into therapeutic approaches.

• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation of all client interactions, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n
