Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for the following:

You will primarily work with clients who have been pre-screened as stable and possess low acuity needs. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• An active independent license in the state of Washington (LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW)— provisional or limited licenses are not accepted.

• Strong ability to make professional evaluations and provide effective treatment planning.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with an empathetic and sympathetic approach to client interactions.

• Proficiency in using technology tools for clinical documentation and teletherapy.

Preferred Experience\n
