Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, allowing for flexibility while ensuring our counselors have the resources and support they need to thrive professionally. The work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Our virtual platform enables seamless collaboration among team members and provides a comprehensive system to manage client interactions and therapy sessions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate the needs of clients and formulate tailored treatment plans that are informed by evidence-based practices.

• Utilize various therapeutic techniques and modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to facilitate client progress towards their personal goals.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring a high standard of confidentiality and care.

• Engage actively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to create holistic approaches for patient care.

• Participate in case consultations and peer review meetings regularly to refine clinical skills and enhance treatment strategies.

• Empower clients and their families through education about mental health conditions and resources available within the community.

• Stay informed about the latest developments and research in mental health to continually improve service offerings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele that includes individuals seeking therapy for trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns. Our clinic emphasizes inclusivity and accessibility while providing services to underrepresented populations in the Tampa area.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• An active and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Florida is mandatory.

• Proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy techniques with demonstrated ability to customize therapeutic approaches to meet individual client needs.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering trust and rapport with clients and their families.
