Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with clients using telehealth platforms to enhance their mental health.

• Guide clients in discussing their emotions and experiences, fostering insight into their personal and relational dynamics.

• Serve as an advocate for clients by identifying their goals and helping them navigate their mental health journeys.

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of clients' mental states, developing individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and your professional insights.

• Implement effective therapeutic techniques tailored to each client's unique needs, ensuring their progress is monitored and adjustments are made when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base consists of stable adults with low acuity mental health issues, ensuring a manageable and rewarding caseload for our counselors. We prioritize matching clients to counselors that align with their specialties and demographic preferences, fostering a therapeutic alliance that is built on mutual respect and understanding.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must hold a Master’s degree in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. Additionally, applicants must possess a full license to practice independently, which includes one of the following:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Preferred Experience\n

• Demonstrated ability to evaluate and make informed treatment decisions based on individual client needs.

• Proficiency in using technology for telehealth sessions and familiarity with electronic health record systems is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 , commensurate with experience and hours worked. We offer a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors to support their well-being. The position includes:
