Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting regular sessions with clients to discuss progress, help stabilize their situations, and plan for appropriate discharge when necessary.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida, with no restrictions on practice.

• Minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.

• Proficient in using various computer systems, including RMS systems, Outlook, and Excel.
\n
• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individual clients, families, and groups.
\n
• Comfortable with executing comprehensive intake assessments as required for treatment planning.
