Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and diagnostic evaluations to understand clients’ mental health needs and establish a baseline for treatment.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect the unique goals and challenges of each client.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions for adult clients leveraging evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused strategies.

• Utilize teletherapy technologies to deliver high-quality virtual counseling, ensuring client accessibility and engagement.

• Perform crisis intervention as needed, responding to acute mental health situations with professionalism and care.

• Participate in regular training and continuing education programs to stay updated on best practices and ethical standards in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base is diverse and includes individuals facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and relational issues. You will be instrumental in promoting mental wellness and supporting clients through personalized strategies that cater to their unique circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current state license as a LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.

• Compassionate and empathetic demeanor with the ability to remain non-judgmental under varying client circumstances.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle a dynamic caseload effectively.

• No history of disciplinary actions or board sanctions.

Preferred Experience\n

While we welcome therapists at various stages of their careers, candidates with experience in telehealth practices, as well as those familiar with specific treatments for anxiety and trauma, will be given special consideration. Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems and familiarity with documentation requirements is also advantageous.
