Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Calibrated Mental and Counseling Services, you will be responsible for:

• Managing a diverse caseload of clients, establishing and maintaining positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conducting regular sessions with clients to evaluate their progress, discuss stability, schedule future appointments, and facilitate discharges when deemed appropriate.

• Creating, implementing, and monitoring person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and circumstances.

• Maintaining comprehensive documentation and progress notes for all clients to ensure continuity of care and compliance with best practices.

• Performing initial intake assessments to thoroughly understand clients’ backgrounds and mental health needs.

• Engaging in individual supervision and seeking feedback to enhance clinical skills and therapeutic approaches.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:
