Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive client evaluations.

• Facilitate crisis intervention through the development of pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and risk assessments.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and screening tools to inform treatment decisions and enhance client outcomes.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support strategies tailored to each client’s needs.

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation that meets regulatory and clinical standards, fostering accountability and efficacy in service delivery.

• Actively engage in the licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring that all service practices align with relevant regulations.

• Establish and maintain professional relationships with state agencies, community partners, and other service systems to enhance collaboration and resource sharing.

• Pursue professional development opportunities, such as attending conferences and participating in state-wide task forces, to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in a behavioral health field is required.

• Must hold an Independent LMHC License from the state of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary range for this role is USD 86,000 – 103,000, reflecting experience and expertise.
