Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a personal caseload of clients, building trust and rapport while adhering to professional ethics and maintaining boundaries.

• Conduct regular client meetings to assess progress, stability, and any necessary adjustments to treatment plans, including timely discharges as appropriate.

• Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans with a focus on person-centered care.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation and progress notes in compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications\n
